Version 0.3 Launched

We are launching version 0.3 with a new mechanism for indicating supported vs. unsupported data rows.

In prior versions, color codes were an optional approach to indicating supported vs. unsupported data. In this version, we add a new optional column “Compliance Status - SPIF” to track this information and deprecate the use of colors.
